would liverpool have any interest in Leroy Fer? He'll obviously want out of QPR after relegation. He and Can would at least provide some size in the middle of the park. I admittedly don't know how good he really is considering his team got relegated but on the other hand he has 11 caps for the Dutch national team and I have a man crush on all dutch players.

I think Philips is a more capable player than Fer. That being said, I don't think any QPR midfielder will improve our squad.
