Liverpool and Arsenal have both been linked with Vidal, any chance he will be moving this year eds?

Wouldn't Vidal be out our range financially? I've read reports earlier in the year were saying 60 million.

could we afford vidal?
plus with pogba leaving and possibly pirlo that would be 3 out of their 4 main midfielders gone in one window.

Emm the real question would be why would anyone champions league finalist and Italian champion want to move to a club in a mess with no CL and no trophys??
