Agree, as much as I rate smith, he hasn't played much recently and Utd will be a cauldron, put Milner RB and Clyne left.

If he is fit, play Smith as he is a LB and not make shift. The lad has to play sometime at top level, and I think he is good enough to start more often.

Will be a hit for Smith if Milner plays instead of him and he will think of leaving if that happends. This is perfect chance for him to shine and show he has place in the team. Hope Klopp gives him that chance.
