Theo Walcott has been looked as a cheaper option if Gotze or Mane deals fall through.

Walcott is another Sturridge, could be really good but no one would buy him for full value with all the injuries.

He's nowhere near as good as studge though.
This rumour pops up every single window, seem to remember he was being looked at the same time as studge but we chose wisely.

Very harsh to compare Sturridge with Walcott when their injury record is the inly thing comparable. Sturridge is a better player by a long way, Walcott has incredible pace (or used to) but absolutely nothing else. If we were to sell a few strikers he might not be bad as back-up though - seemed to do better there for Arsenal than on the wing.

Not slating the poster, just to be clear. But if this is even a consideration, I am quitting football!

Walcott another Sturridge? Do you mean a world class forward?

Cheaper version? Walcott is the cheaper version of them in the same way that leech-craft is the cheaper version of private healthcare.

No I meant and said he's a good player that no one in their right mind would pay full whack for because their injury record is so bad. Walcott, on the few occasions he's been fit and on a run of games is a good EPL player. The problem being that only happens maybe once every couple of seasons.
