Hey eds, with Klopp mentioning Ings needs game time, is he available for loan or to be sold? Who would be interested?

Also, have we looked at loaning some players to Hull? They are a mess, only like 13 senior players, looking at a positive though, game time should be available for anyone that goes, maybe Ings, Markovic and a youngster?

{Ed001's Note - Ings wants to stay and fight for his place. It is unlikely, as things stand, he will go anywhere. Though there is still time for that to change.

As for Hull, you are right they are a mess, so why would you want to subject players to that? They can't pay any wages, they are in the midst of a takeover, so the only thing you can hope for is that players might get game time. As we have seen in the past, often struggling teams will not pick loanees, as it is felt they don't have the same desire as the club's own players. It is best to steer well clear.}

Thanks for a quick response Ed, always appreciate that. I wasn't actually aware of the fact that struggling teams don't tend to pick loanees, it's intricacy that has escaped me. I was just thinking about game time, fact that promoted teams usually struggle for goals and creativity, also I thought I saw something during the summer that game time would trump wages and loan fees, figured regular premier league game time would trump fees and would make loans of players like Ings, Markovic attractive to both clubs.

Ed. do you rate Ings, do you think he'll make it (regular starter or regular bench) this season?

{Ed001's Note - I like him, he has won me over. However, it is difficult to see him make it with us, not with Origi looking so good. His only real hope is if Sturridge is moved on.}

Origi is looking good.
Would be great if Ings does stay and to see what Klopp can do with him after seeing the transformation in Origi.
I like Ings myself. Adds something different

Thanks for the reply.

When is the Spain move going ahead?

{Ed001's Note - 4th, so not long. I really should start organising things, but just not had the time yet!}

Hope the move goes well Ed.
Always good to get your insight.

{Ed001's Note - cheers mate I am sure it will. I am only going to stay at my parents for a while.}

Think Ings will get some game time, and next season, we will be back playing lots more games and we will need him then . yes Origi has come on a ton, but he is still nowhere near his peak, will be some striker then .

In todays market and given berahino being worth close to £25m and our other forward options then maybe take "25m from a Stoke / West Brom for him".

Hull look to be a right mess with 2 wins out of 2. Wish we were in that kind of trouble.

Ed1,
You're picking our team for spurs away, Origi or Sturridge? Or neither?

{Ed001's Note - Origi. 100%. Love Studger but he is not ready.}
