Pedro Chirivella. The 19 year old Liverpool player. You've never heard of him, natural? You don't support Liverpool?

was natural referring to the club he had never heard of, not the player?

Ah you think?
Go Ahead Eagles. Dutch Eredivisie club. Been around for a million years. Play in red and yellow. Have a great name. Doesn't ring a bell? ;)

I'd never heard of Go Ahead Eagles. And considering a quick Google search shows they have only spent 3 years of the last 25 in the top league, it's not really surprising.

Are they a bit like Red Bull Leipzig but sponsored by Go Ahead bars instead of red bull? 😄.

The way awesome thinks.

{Ed002's Note - It is a sensible move in that he will get first team opportunities in a decent league.}

Totally Agree, Edo2.

ahaha, good one Ron. At least that would make some sense. Unless Go Ahead biscuits are somehow proven to be as poisonous as Red Bull!

But really yeah, it should hopefully work out for the lad. Young Dan Crowley going there from Arse as well. I think Pedro's good enough to win a regular starting spot. And if he can help keep them up it'll be a step in the right direction. So far, not many of the loan-outs have gone fantastically well.

I was referring to the Go Ahead Eagles. And I don't think I was alone in saying "who? ". Wish Pedro all the best but imo he won't make it at Liverpool. Good lad though.

From what i have seen of their matches on LFC, I like Pedro. He does his job without fuss, has a good pass on him, works hard and is not pushed around anywhere near as much as he used to be. He has the makings of a very good player in my opinion. Heres hoping the loan turns out to be a success.
