Hey ed002 are we returning to chillwell?

{Ed002's Note - The Leicester manager says that there has been no contact with the three Premier League sides (Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal) interested in Chilwell since the summer. He also explained that Chilwell is young and has a great future ahead of him and expects Leicester will have to deal with further approaches in the summer.}

If they go down he could be an option I guess.

He hasn't impressed me at all this season I'm picturing him being skinned by mirallas earlier in the season and yesterday he couldn't stop the goal. He reminds me a lot of Moreno actually acceptable going forward suspect defensively but he's a couple of years younger and English. Personally at the moment I'm glad we missed that boat.

Now you see why Klopp prolly thought he wasn't worth the 10m LC was asking for.

like most modern full backs he has not got a clue about defending, they are nothing more than glorified attackers, the actual defending part, the part they should be good at they fail completely.

@Hamilton hm not sure Klopp decides pricing for players. That probably sits more with Ayre or Edwards.

maybe but i would have thought Klopp has a budget to work to and he will decide who he prefers to spend the budget on. if the askiing price of a player is 10m and he doesn't think its worth it he will likely look elsewhere.

My point exactly. Klopp thought mane was worth 36m so he went for him. he didn't think Chilwell was worth 10m, so he didn't. it has nothing to do with a budget BUT all to do with price and value. Chilwell offering adequate value for the quoted price hence, he wasn't signed. Economics 101, my friend.
