Brilliant news - a top CB to compete with Lovren and Matip is a big big step forward IMO and we now have a PL/ CL standard CB setup with some depth in case of injury.

Next major priority IMO is left back with Milner hopefully moved to RB where he will be even more effective with his crossing ability. then hopefully Salah and I'm very happy man indeed. Please someone like Pereira or Mendy or Gaya. needs a real top player to finally fix the position rather than a hopeful like Robertson (although admittedly I'm not the best placed to comment on Robertson) .

Instead of purchasing two left backs, wouldn't Gomez in the position would be good cover. It would give him game time and experience.

Hopefully Mendy if at all possible, but doesn't look likely.
