Long time reader first time poster (take it easy on me)

I know you lot hate having random names chucked at you but have Liverpool shown any interset in Jean Michel Seri, Cyprien (both play for Nice) or Haps (AZ Alkmaar)

I feel like Keita isn't happening and either of them two would be good alternatives.

I travel almost weekly to Alkmaar and I watch their home games whenever I can and Haps is a brilliant player a far better left back than anything we have at the club.

Have a good day:)

{Ed002's Note - No Jeme. To be honest you would do better with the random names to go to the European pages and ask if clubs are interested there.}

Thanks for the reply ed, Shame there is no interest as they all look like great players.

{Ed002's Note - Liverpool cannot buy players without people leaving.}

That is exactly what I've been thinking for the whole time Keita has been linked, "What happens to Wijnaldum, Lallana, Can, Henderson etc. "

I've just assumed for the whole time that at least two are on the way out but I don't think I'd like to see it happen. I like them all especially Wijnaldum, and Lallana.

Do you think there is any interest in any of them four players?

If any of them I can see interest in Lapland but he's not going anywhere.

Lallana sorry.

Jeme
Nothing would happen to Lallana and Wijnaldum. We need a strong squad and bench to be able to cope with all the games and to complete with other teams.
Its down to the Manager to keep them all happy. But in a top team with a strong squad, players have to accept that they'll be benched sometimes.

Looks like Lucas and Stewart might leave so that's 2 extra spaces.

Coutinho filled one of the roles so only 1 cm could come in at most, id still rather get someone who's versatile who can play as a winger and cm that has some pace.

Lucas and Stewart are to go. Can hasn't signed a deal yet so it's possible we'd sell rather then a free but would be a shame imo. It's geared up for the usual top German international to go to Bayern Munich for nothing or close to it.
Hopefully Hendo will regain and maintain fitness. Grujic is being graduated and hopefully our future.

Although well stocked, aside from Gini and Lallana who both show good engine and aren't often injured our midfield isn't that robust and guaranteed imo.

Keita isn't going to happen. If Can agrees to stay and Hendo returns fully then we don't need him.

I agree with you Max 100%, I think Liverpool can forget about Keita for now and just sign a left-back and a centre-back. If they sign quality players for those positions then in my eyes, it would have been a good transfer window.

A player who can play CM or Winger with pace.? It looks to me that you are indirectly asking to sign Oxlade. 😏.

PowerLFC, there is absolutely zero evidence to show that Oxlade can play in centre midfield, in fact all available evidence shows the contrary.

I'm not suggesting ox when I make that statement, but if he were to be that player who we bring in (if we signed that sort of player) then I would be reasonably happy. However I would be looking at alternatives to ox for the role, very few people are able to play cm and wing effectively so would be hard to find that ideal player but I would rather sign someone who is versatile which allows us to change formation etc than be stuck having either another cm or andohter winger, by saying don't go for keita though because he is a top top player.
