(Sorry Eds sent last 1 before adding this, if you can merge them that'll be great thanks 😃 (the LFC rejecting €100mil) )

The board were open to the offer and willing to cash in but Klopp has stamped his foot down and told them no. For the first time in as long as I can remember, a LFC manager actually has power and influence over potential outgoings woo.

can’t find my other post which was meant to be first half, probably failed to submit it properly sorry so will comment it here.
We apparently rejected a €100mil bid test day evening for Coutinho from Barca. (Now read OP xD)

Not sure I believe that FSG would be open to selling Cou as we don't need the money hence, FSG would not need to overrule Klopp except of course, the like the money which I doubt. Eds, can you confirm this?

{Ed002's Note - I cannot confirm something you are speculating about.}

BR usually our managers don’t need overruling as they rarely have any say in the matter (if big names/ fees)
You say we don’t need the money but Eds don’t we still have some debt?
We all know they wouldn’t put 100% back into the transfer kitty.
Luckily Klopp seems to have power though. We won’t know for sure if FSG would have taken it or not (unless they admit it) because Klopp has said NO to the deal 😄.

{Ed002's Note - Yes, the club is carrying a lot of debt but the income has increased significantly from television revenue.}

#Red_phil, has Klopp say No! and in face expression when he shout at touch line? lol 😁.

Thought so Ed2 thanks for clarifying, and true the amount of income has increased significantly but Klopp seems to want to use it all on NK an VVD so FSG would want to bite Barcelona hands for the money.

{Ed002's Note - It really doesn't work like that.}

If Klopp was to walk and it's a hypothetical if (I don't believe he would) . Would that mean him walking out on any payout of any kind.

{Ed002's Note - We have no interest in discussing money.}

If FSG don't need to sell, and everything so far this window says money is there to buy without having to sell, then why would they need to annoy the manager they wanted by selling? Is it perhaps a case of they asked Klopp what he wanted and he said don't sell so they said no?
