Of course everyone knows we lack depth in the squad. Ox will be out for quite some time and I'm sure there will be enough games to give certain players game time. We were lucky that for most of our games last season, we could start with almost the same squad. but as we lost Ox and Can and later Salah, we could see that we had nobody to turn to. So, next season we'll see who will step up and fight their way into the first 11. We can't be sure that Fekir or the other new signings will hit the ground running, so we still need the old regulars to be on standby. Just my 2 cents but I'm sure Klopp knows what he's doing.

You can't play the same players in every single game without them suffering a dip in form or getting fatigued. And what about long term injuries? You never know what could happen in football.

After Can's back and Ox's knee injuries, we were short in midfield and limped over the line in the race for Top 4.

It's not just about having a strong XI. You're right, it's about having strength in depth. Ox is probably out till the end of the year and I reckon Klopp will rotate Keita, Fabinho, Fekir, Gini, Hendo and Milner (I hope he stays) .

I think lallana and sturridge will leave. And emre will agree to move to juventus. We need big squad to compete and stable on epl, fa, carabao cup and champions league. No doubt about that.
