Not anything sourced by myself, however, a French based Journo has I timated a deal for Fekir is close with Liverpool set to agree to a an slightly increased overall fee but with the payments being paid over the entirety of Fekirs contract length.

As I say, could be nothing. But thought I would share

Martin Tyler also said on live TV that he will join LFC with the fee being paid over a longer period. And another person who said OL ended talks with us before Lyon actually said it has also said a deal has been reached over a longer period.

My main reason for thinking this will still happen is that Shaqiri has been given the 23 shirt. I know it means very little, but there must be a reason for keeping the no 10 shirt free.

Shaqiri wears 23 for Switzerland. I think him picking that number had more to do with him liking It, than any hidden messages about a number 10 coming in 😉 I do still think we'll get Fekir though.

I'd be over the moon if he does sign but something is telling me he won't, we'll see. It's Aulas who worries me, he's a business man and a bloody good one at that, who really knows right now, fingers crossed we can make it happen.

He will join. The midfield jigsaw will be complete and then maybe a defender and we are done. The keeper issue has to be done with Klopp telling Ward/ Karius they are No1 battle buddy’s just like he did with Migs and Karius last season.

I believe Fekir will sign because as it has been said on here many times he wants to and Klopp wants him to.
Can also see that he hasn't been linked with anyone else and it's pretty obvious the world cup is why the deal hasn't went through.
