Ed002 as you were Lyon game last night did you hear anything on Fekir? Reports suggest he could move to us or Chelsea by tomorrow is he likely to move?

{Ed002's Note - There was no mention of Liverpool - the club try to screw Lyon around and there has been nothing since. Chelsea has quite a lot of business to be completed still but had to first resolve their GK situation which has been done. Fekir was not available to play last night but his agent was around. I was nowt aware of anyone from Liverpool being there, and don't forget Klopp added Shaqiri to take that role.}

Regardless of Fekir coming or not. I thought the Shaqiri deal was more a back up option than him playing a cam role and that we still wanted a "Coutinho" replacement. Has the situation now changed?

Shaqiri has been class pre season. I am more than happy to stick with him rather than someone with a dodgy knee. If we were to go for anyone during the next 24 hours i would much rather it be someone like De ligt as i feel gomez, Lovren and Matip have injury issues.

Well done to Ed002 for staying awake at last night’s Chelsea game (my youngest is a fan for some bizarre reason) . I thought most of the starting XI were pretty poor including former loanee Moses. At least it perked up briefly in the 2nd half. It maybe I just dreamt that. No-one there from Lyon for LFC to get that interested in. Maybe Aoaur. Maybe.

Rumor has it that ed002 was at Lyon to negotiate the fekir deal taking a barber with him to give the player a stupid haircut before it is announced.
