Hi Eds haven't see any rumours about this but have Liverpool shown any intetest in Wan-Bissaka of Crystal Palace or have any other clubs? He's looks really good to me especially defensively (thought he was superb against Mane when we met) as it looks likely we'll be needing a right back soon if or when Clyne leaves. Your thoughts on the player would good to hear as always.

{Ed001's Note - Palace have no interest in selling him right now. I am quite sure pretty much every Premier League club would like him if the possibility did arise.

He is excellent, I especially like the way he closes down opposition wingers and full backs stopping crosses coming in. Almost no other full-back does that these days, even though it should be the first thing they think about.}

What would your plan be for Trent if we signed him ed try him in the middle?

{Ed001's Note - my first thought would be it would mean we would not have to use Gomez on the right personally, rather than it affecting Trent's role.}

Interesting to hear that Ed001 but definetly not a surprise that everyone is interested. Watching him play is like when I initially watched Kante play for Leicester, just a player out of nowhere who is pure class.

Also wanted to ask your thoughts on Gomez this season and how good you could see him becoming?

{Ed001's Note - I think he is excellent and could well be the future long term centre back for the club and his ability to play at right back and as part of a back 3 gives plenty of options and ensures he should get the game time he needs to develop. He needs to improve on his awareness but hopefully that will come with experience. Just need to hope he avoids any more lengthy injuries.}

A back up left back should be our priority, rather than hoarding right backs. Can you imagine how our season could be de-railed if Robertson gets injured? Unless Moreno has been learning his game from Robbo in training and has stepped up a class, he is a bit of a liability defensively- although I appreciate he may be a good influence around the dressing room, we need competition for the pitch. Do you think if Robbo gets an injury that Klopp would use Milner there again as first choice back up?

personally thinks the priority positions for the next couple of windows, if things remain the same, would be

1) back-up GK (Migs really isn't up to scratch even as a no. 2)
2) LB for competition (Chilwell? but will he come? )
3) RB (assuming Clyne leaves and TAA is to be tried out in CM. not the most urgent as we currently have 4 players that can play in that role and some youngsters too)
