Morning All,
A question for the Ed’s if possible. There appears to be a fair amount of interest in Camacho, especially from Portugal, however, there has been scribblings that Wolves have a level of interest in signing him also. Are you aware of what the clubs intentions are with him, or indeed, what the player himself feels he needs for this stage of his career? Be that staying at LFC where it seems evident 1st team football ( regular) seems a reasonable way off for him or if he feels regular football is needed now at another club?

Many thanks.

{Ed002's Note - There are growing issues with younger players having the expectation that they should be playing in the first team. This is not just a problem at Liverpool as other clubs have a similar problems, for example, Manchester City lost Sancho and both Fulham and Chelsea are losing young players this summer for the same reason. If a suitable offer is made then I would expect Liverpool to take the much needed money.}

Ed with regard to your answer above should we be reading in to the 'much needed money' comment or was it just a turn of phrase? I only ask as I can't see us gaining all that much financially from a youth player and we have already have money from Ings sale this summer and the solanke money in January.

{Ed002's Note - I would not worry about the finances, and certainly not the Solanke money.}

@Ohyoubeauty We have done rather well recently selling young players that aren't going to make it with us for decent money.

Jerome Sinclair, Brad Smith, Jordan Ibe, Dominic Solanke.

If there's decent demand for Camacho, I've plenty of confidence that we'll get a decent fee for him.

Thanks Ed for your response. Thanks epic I agree, I think we have done really well with some of the fee's lately. I know it doesn't directly effect us fans however it is good to know the club are being run in a positive fashion both on and off the pitch. To compete for the top signings we have to have the finances so it goes hand in hand really.

unfortunately it appears to be a side earner for big clubs. snap up all young talent. play odd game and sell for few mill. wouldn't be surprised if likes of wilson. woodburn. brewster. duncan. awayoni. allen. hoever all went in next 2 years. £60m in bank as very few make it to 1st team.

{Ed0333's Note - I would be super surprised if the powers that be are looking to sell Brewster, Duncan and Hoever. They are on a trajectory to stardom I would assume.
