Is there any truth at all to interest from us in James Maddison? Heard he is a potential Lallana replacement this summer.

I know I’ll get thumbs down but I’d love Maddison at Liverpool. i just think in a few years everyone is going to want him. Think he’s my new man crush 🤦🏻‍♂️.

@Longthing. Everyone is going to want him if he's still at Leicester. If he stagnates his career by moving to a big club now, it won't be the case. That guy needs to play every game to keep improving.

I like Maddison but I think a move to us would be a bad one, if he’s going to make a step up I would say Arsenal would be the best fit with him being a starter.

Maddison moving to a big club after not proving to be top PL quality for a more sustained period of time, will be a bad move for him. At his age, he needs to be playing week in, week out and he will not get that here at LFC. He needs to show he can do what he has done this season for another 2 seasons at least then, we will see what happens and how he reacts. For right now? Maddison needs to show a lot more than just one season.
