I really cannot understand the negativity surrounding the imminent arrival of Kovacic whose signing, to my mind, represents good business. Sure, there is a case to be made that it's not the area of the field in the most need of immediate investment, however I would point to the fact that the window is not even open yet and that when a player of his ability becomes available at an affordable price it is not wise to hesitate. Can we please save our complaints for if the season has kicked off and these are still the weakest areas of our squad? I'm sure the striker will come, and hopefully a right-back. I cannot understand the almost total anti support this site attracts. just over a year ago we were lining the streets welcoming a Rogers led team into anfield every home game with anticipation of a possible league championship. A league championship that has illuded us for almost a life time, we have had hero's managing our team since 1990 and all have failed to provide the illusive title. A title that now is open to the highest bidder in my opinion.

Unfortunately it appears that our owners do not either have the willing to provide the funds or the financial backing to supply the manager with the all beating team.

We have a young manager. A young manager who is now under extreme and impossible pressure to succeed. BUT is it all his fault?

I whould like to know who is picking the players we are buying?

Who is making the financial descisions?

I believe if we sell in my opinion a jumped up Sean Wright Phillips to City who seem to attract potential only to turn them into has beens and use the money to invest in a couple of quality signings we will again be lining the streets in anticipation.

Please, instead of all of the BS about how crap LFC is and get behind the staff and team and see what will happen.

Did you not watch our games last season?

Rodgers went out and wasted a hell off a lot off money.

Showed he is truely useleas with tactics, and now with a squad off players all playing out of position.

The last couple of months also shown to me a bunch off players with no confidence in there manager.

We will do nothing under Rodgers, unless we find a hidden gem that does for us what saurez did.

East, you need to refer your questions to BR because he is the sole responsible for our failures last year and deflecting blame for transfers, tactics, systems and all the other probs from BR to the TC, FSG, the tea lady my mum, the postman, the ganitor or whoever won't change that.
