Playing devils advocate BR has a problem ( as if we didn't know)

If they're uncoachable and still there at the start of the season, then he should be sacked as it's clearly a fundamental character flaw in one/ several players and he hasn't addressed it

Conversely, if they're uncoachable as he says and it turns out they are indeed capable of being coached, he should be sacked as he is not competent for the role.

Either way, it should be adios amigo
