If Benteke goes to United, I have no doubt that he will do well there, they play quite direct football which he will thrive off. On behalf of all those who have suggested we should not match his release clause, I would like to point out it has always been because he's not suited to our style of play and therefore anybody who gets on a high horse if he hits 20 for them, we never doubted his ability.

That's the problem though he's a threat to us whoever he plays for, but is he suited to our game? Whatever that may be. I think I saw enough of Origi to say spend the money elsewhere.

Origi needs to do more to show he's ready to make the big step up and playing against a Thai all star team proves nothing.
