Brendan doesn't have the time to come on here, too many dentist appointments, tanning sessions and chasing secretaries.

Once you have a good 'base tan' it's really quite easy to maintain, you just have to keep it topped up.
Dental performance is all about maintenance when you have had the work done. I avoid coffee/tea, fruit juice (acidic) and sugary carbonated drinks. Obviously I go for a low sugar diet and chew gum and floss.
Due to my running regime, I'm getting much faster on my feet⏰
