Good news, Enrique is alive and well.

He's not been registered for the Europa League and therefore can not play. Just the u21's for the next year before he will leave for free in the summer, unless a club will match his current wages in the January transfer window.

Sao Paulo is right. Jose Enrique was not registered for the group stages of the Europa League just like Teixeira.
