Ed002, what actually happened with Spearing, Bolton and Liverpool. I see frequently on this site that LFC were out of order and acted like t***s. But I've never seen a post explainng what actually went on.

{Ed002's Note - Bolton had to pay an additional sum to Liverpool after a certain amount of games - they asked Liverpool to wait for payment until the end of tehs eason when they could afford it. Liverpool said no meaning the screwed up Spearing who could no longer play.}

Absolutely no excuse for that. Was a decent lad for us, never been Nasty after he left.
Just another showing of Liverpool FC acting in a disgraceful manner.

Am guessing we knew Bolton were in dire straits financially.

Ed01, just curious. Who would have said "no". Owners or somebody more local. Why do you think we act so stupidly at times?

I love my club come rain or shine BUT their conduct on this topic is despicable and outright wrong.
