Ed001 - do you think we need to strengthen in January, and if so where?

{Ed001's Note - clearly we need another centre half, as we can't rely on Matip to stay fit and without him we are a defensive shambles. Matip + A N Other is a good defence, but none of the other combinations are of any use. So that has to be the priority, to get someone to play alongside him, who can also play alongside the others.}

Gomez has to prove his fitness, then prove he can actually play CB because he's not proved he can do that yet and throwing him in the deep end, is not the way to go.

Whether it is Karius or migs we have the worse keeper out of the top 6 teams. A top, top keeper will get you 12 points a season. That should be our No1 target.

Karius hasn't played enough games to prove your thesis, More. I'm happy to give him time to acclimate himself to the PL and hi hdoesnt within two years, we replaced him. Going back to Migs who is a known failure, is a non starter and I'm glad Klopp agrees with me.

{Ed001's Note - realistically? I am not sure that there is a 'realistic' answer. It is very possible we will, the club are not entirely happy with the centre back options and we are looking for a replacement for Sakho.}
