Yeah we seem to have lost that spark recently even when Mane was in the team and particularly away from home. We miss Hendo and Matip massively much more than Mane in my opinion. Nothing a win at Old Trafford won't fix though!

We don't miss Mane But we miss his pace, directness and pure genius ability to take on a beat on a man. We have no pace and no pace means slow build up and slow build up means plenty of time for opposition to regroup.

We definitely miss Mane coz we don't have another winger!

Pace yes. But we've stopped harassing teams from the front. Players come and go throughout every season, every game is an adjustment so shouldn't be a problem.
we are not a one or two man team, so players missing doesn't cut it. Klopp needs to find a winning formula with the players he has game to game

We are certainly a couple man's team which is highlighted on the other post as how much we miss Henderson! We were demanding subs especially Coutinho coz we know he has a bit of magic to produce those moment.

We'll win this tie without a doubt Ed025 and I don't care about today's results. The over reactions are mainly towards the big game on Sunday and how poor we have been past 3-4 games.

It's not moaning, it's a discussion on a forum, We discuss when we win, draw or lose. We've played well first half of the season and a drop in form could cost us a title challenge, same goes for the rest of the title hopefuls. we are simply discussing how we can improve.
Our squad is thinner than some of our contenders but it is what it is. We need to make do with what we have and work as hard as we have done so far.
We will be fine, we are moving in the right direction.

Do we really have to read all this tosh. I mean, I don't know who any of you guys are. Some of the comments on here are generally brilliant but you always get the small minority of folk who just talk crap and simply overreact especially when there is a second leg. We didn`t play well today and we deservedly lost. In fact, had it not been Karius brilliant performance in goal, we`d be out of the tie completely. Now the over reaction to a negative result (even an away draw), has unfortunately, become par for the cause among certain posters which is quite pathetic. The constant moaning and negativity is really getting boring and tiresome. We have only lost 3 measly games this season overall and still have a second leg at Anfield with only a one goal deficit to erase. Keep the faith, lads and don`t lose hope. As for Utd game, motivation will not be an issue cos it seemed to be an issue today.

Hi Eds, we are not bitching bcos we are not winning every game. It's been consecutive 3 games we are not winning and this is not typical game, it's semifinals of cup, literally 2 match more to final.

{Ed001's Note - it was not 3 consecutive games. One game was a reserve side. So it is 2. Even if it was 3, that is still a ridiculous way to act after the way we have been playing most of the season. Even the greatest teams have dips.}

If you persist with the same players I guess the results would be the same against UTD. Absolutely no overreaction. Judging by the post they are all critical about the Weak Players in the team which is a good thing. Have you seen anyone ripping off Karius?

Ed 25 it's not that one game if people sit that deep against we find it very hard to break it down then we cross it in and the ball goes to the CBs .

{Ed025's Note - i just think the overreaction is laughable MIB, if you were languishing in mid-table and playing crap football then i could understand it, but there is no middle ground with your lot its either we are brilliant or we are hopeless, yes we all love to win but it wont be every game so why not take it for what it was a bad day at the office, you have a very good team and a cracking manager and at the moment dining at the top table so all im saying is enjoy it mate..
