Ed01 I wanna know your opinion on the few matters 1.why klopp is not interested in sending Ward to Huddersfield on loan when u also know there is no space for him we all know.2.I like klopp his passion but sometimes u don't think he is getting arrogant on few matters where he should be grounded like last year he didn't gave gomez chance at all but gave chances to klavan i am not impressed at all with him
I wanna hear from your side because u always give honest opinion especially his way pf not letting youngsters go on loan
Thanks for your Hard work.

{Ed001's Note - 1. It feels like a big mistake to me, unless either Karius or Mignolet are going to be sold, which is not happening.

2. Yes, Klopp makes mistakes, a lot of them. It is worse than just giving Klavan chances when he could have used Gomez, there were plenty of times when he used just two subs as well. That last sub should have brought on a youngster to gain a little more experience. Now he is compounding that lack of trust but holding back Ward as a 3rd choice keeper, when he should be on loan picking up more experience.

I like Klopp a lot, but he is making a lot of mistakes, very obvious, glaring errors, regarding youth development. Added to his tapping up of players, constant broken promises to players etc, it is not good for the long term. We will have to have a large turnover of players if this continues, as there will be lots of dissatisfaction amongst the squad. These actions with broken promises and lack of using youth players were similar to Houllier. They were a big part of the reason he ended up being fired. When he needed the players backing, it wasn't there as they did not trust him or like him or want to work with him.}

We should have never brought Karius in the first place. I don't see any difference between a bench warmer Karius and full time player Ward ( If not some minutes in PL ) .
Klavan is another Everest blunder by Klopp. What was he thinking when he decided to buy hm who was going to replace our best CB ( Sakho )
Handing contract extensions to both Lallana and Lovren is another stupidity in my eyes. Both nearing 30's and I don't see them crusicial as Coutinho or Mane.
People like him coz he is too friendly and adorable. I fear this will be his biggest downfall!

Ed do you not think there was times when he was actually quite brave in giving youth a chance ie. Trent Arnold at Old Trafford over Moreno? don't really think the youth could be risked towards the end of the season the games were just too important.

{Ed001's Note - no, if TAA had been given more chances, he would not have been a risk by that point. I understand (and completely disagree as Pochettino has shown at Spurs) that it was too much of a risk at the end of the season, but that does not stop him using them as subs.}

So would you have been playin Trent regularly then, dropping Clyne to the bench? im all for youth, Trent in particular but 12 appearances over a season for an 18 year old is decent. When he fills out he'll b a beast. bearin in mind we wer in the title race up till Xmas and there was a lot at stake.

Always think klopp made subs too late too! Especially at the start of the season you see a team getting into games when we were 1-0 up or so, and just needed to secure the midfield.
Totally agree about the youngsters too, so many times you'd like see Woodburn on for the last 10 or so when we are comfortable!

Is it not possible that klopp wants to look at these youngsters during preseason to see who has a decent chance of staking a claim for a first team spot or cup matches before deciding on whether to send anyone out on loan.? That would make sense to me and I'm thinking that's what Klopp is doing.

Klopp got us top 4 in the end, so stop whining about youth and subs. They got plenty of chances and will get plenty more. He sees players every day in training and JUST MIGHT have a better understanding of a player's readiness than you or me.

Look, I'm a huge Klopp fan but right now, his mistakes are becoming vdery difficult to defend. He needs to buck up and get his head right cos right now, he is droning.

Harry, why was it a mistake to bring in Karius? Where you happy with the way Migs had been a right failure for the 3 years before hand? Karius is here (it was Klopp's choice so I will defer to him) due to Migs' perrenial incompetence and mind you, he was not a bench warmer at Mainz. He was a very highly rated GK, voted 2nd best in the German league. You may not agree with that assessment but those are the facts. Now did he struggle? Yes. Can he improve? Yes. As for Ward, he needed the exp. hence, hios loan to Huddersfield and IMO. He should have stayed there on loan or sold to them as they were keen on keeping him. This is where Klopp is failing, amongs other areas.
