I think couts will give us 1 more season and then we will allow his transfer to Barcelona without a formal written request. we could win the treble this year and I don't think it would be enough to keep him. This will give us enough time to scout a replacement and negotiate the best deal we possibly can.

But I know we shouldn't believe what players say but he did come out with he wants to be remembered as a legend at lfc! So hopefully he can stay but if not he won't be the first and won't be the last we have sold our best players.

I know I'd love it if he'd stay but going to Barcelona is a dream for any player let alone a Brazilian. If it was to to another prem club or psg I'd be petty disappointed.

I'm not buying the "dream move" angle, he'd stay with us if he thought we were the better team.
Why do we have to keep selling our best players? Why do Barcelona see us as such a soft target? Under Abramovich, Chelsea haven't sold a single player who was vital to the team. Robben was a good player but not vital to what Chelsea were doing, and he went to an inferior side in RM.
