So if we end up with VVD, do you think we'll need to lose a CB?

I know Sakho will leave but perhaps VVD, Matip, Lovren, Klavan, Gomez is too much?

I'd like to see Gomez play more this season and not sure whether Klavan will be happy to be 5th choice and not even make the bench most weeks.

Think Lovren will have some issues being behind Matip and VVD also.

Hope Klopp manages to keep everyone happy!

An EPL squad is made up of up to 25 players. Only 11 are allowed on the pitch at the same, in a game. Therefore, it is impossible to keep everyone happy. ;-)

If VVD comes in, one of the CB's apart from Sahko, needs to go. It's that simple.

Hardly.
You can guarantee that one CB at least will pick up an injury so then you are down to 4,
Matip and VVD first choice and Lovren/ Gomez and klavan as back up.
Should we stick with 4 and someone get long term injured, we'd have 3 senior CBS for potentially 60 games and while I understand the players should be able to handle that, it would be playing with fire.
