There is so much that makes up a good manager.

Some will work at some clubs and not at others. Some will work in certain roles some won't. I think this has to be judged on who is the best fit at their current club.

To me there are 3 who are a perfect fit for their current club.

Conte at Chelsea.
Emery at Psg (and previously at Sevilla)
Simeone at Atletico

I don't know if those three would be as good if they moved somewhere else but for their clubs they seem an absolute perfect fit.

And one more who is worth mentioning.

Zidane at Madrid.

He has not proven himself as a great manager yet but he is an absolute perfect fit for Madrid and he is having success already. He could be the best before long.

This will certainly bring lots of opinions. For me I need the BPL Mourinho and Pochettino, I say Pochettino because of what he has done at Spurs, he has built a very ikr side while being able to integrate youth players to their team. Mourinho because he just has that tactical edge over many managers. In terms of world football I'm not too sure. Potentially Jochaim Low (e? ) has done great things for the German national side. This will be a good debate.

Simeone by a distance for me. Then next up is probably Ancelotti. After that maybe the likes of Pochettino, Conte and Klopp are good coaches. The young Hoffenheim manager has done a hell of a job, as has Spalletti at Roma. I am also impressed by Allegri and Zidane too, but they need to prove themselves at a club that aren't light years ahead of the competition before I'll consider them good managers. I could win the league with 9/ 10 times with their resources.

Still can't bring myself to rate Pep or Mourinho though because they just spend vast amounts of money and usually manage teams vastly superior to the rest of their leagues. Last season was a first for both of them being at club with a squad that wasn't the best in the league, and they both failed horribly to deliver. They have spent a small fortune this summer and i'll die laughing if they fail to challenge again. They were supposed to be the top 2 according to every man and his dog last year and they were embarrassing all things considered.

Another guy worth a mention who is always overlooked in these discussions is Joachim Lowe. What he has done on the international stage has been nothing short of sensational.
