Apologies in advance Ed001 because I believe you know the Carraghers, but Jamie has really disappointed me since retiring.

He sold his soul to go and work for Murdoch for a start! But it is just some of the stupid, irresponsible things he says.

He now says that if Coutinho is sold he will understand if the fans riot and will be a part of the riots! He is still a massive role model to younger Liverpool fans and he is publically approving fans rioting over one player. Why can't he be mature/ sensible and just stick to the mantra, No one player is bigger than the club. He is actually becoming an embarassment to LFC now. I thought United gad it bad with ex-players like Roy Keane running their mouths on TV, but Carragher is getting just as bad lately. I highly doubt he'd actually start smashing up Anfield or Melwood, but he has just condoned it to the knuckle heads who actually might!

Deary me, I wish ex players would just shut their mouths at times.

Think you're being a bit sensitive there. He wasn't advocating taking up arms and smashing up the streets of L1, he was using words that inferred the fans wouldn't be happy - possibly start showing outrage via social media, or get in a frenzy talking to their mates about it whilst down the pub. No need to jump on the pc super podium.

He's got no problem slagging off anyone. But its just his opinion, don't take it to heart. Opinions r like arseholes, we all have one just some r full of sh*t.

I don't just like Carragher even when he was still at anfield, but he is saying what an average lfc fan would say. FSG promised a project when they came and under different managers the inconsistency on field is apparent, no one can tell where the project will lead to. Honestly, it will be wishful fan minded between me and you to say that lfc will win a cup or challenge for the tittle this season, and you know why, the truth is our ambitions then and now is still the same, we can't match the ambitions of our quality players in giving them the services they needed on field to winning trophies. we all see how our star players leaves with lots of monies in the club's coffers.
