Has anyone else heard that Pipco signed for Barcelona 2 weeks ago and Barcelona agreed not to announce until the window shuts (a day later in Spain) in order that Liverpool wouldn't have to pay a premium on players? Also as part of the package, Barcelona agreed that LFC could have first refusal on players they wanted to move on?

No idea if there is truth in this, but seems plausible.

I'm pretty sure Liverpool have a rough deal in place at least and ready to sign once replacements are in place. Suspect more likely just not signed yet because it puts us at risk of not getting our targets and being short a playmaker.

What would be the reason for all the things Coutinho has allegedly said? Why wouldn't he train or play if a deal was done and he was sure he was leaving? Why the 'emotional stress' the Brazil FA doctor says he is under?

An elaborate scheme to fool us all, if ever there was one, I guess.
