The little twist to come;
I think Real will bid for Coutinho next summer, possibly rivaling Barcelona if they come back in and bid again.
Modric isn't getting any younger, Ronnie Winker isn't getting any younger.
Might well have a bidding war on our hands next summer, either way. this will be Coutinho's last season with LFC.

That's a good shout, OIrish and we all knew Cou would leave us at some point in the future, just not now. I would sell to RM just to screw Barca, IMO.

No need to make enemies with Barcelona too.
Yeah they have used some tricks of the transfer trade as usual, "dirty boxing" if you will, but they technically did nothing illegal at all, so all is fair in love and war.
We would still take Van Dijk and we behaved quite a bit worse than Barca.
I'm sure you're aware that Real are no better than Barcelona in their dealings.
The big two always flex when they want someone badly, but as long as they keep it legal, I don't care.

I wish we could add PSG to the mix but unfortunately they've already spent their next years money on Mbappe.
