The game was over at half time and we have Sevilla on Wednesday. The players dropped off and tried senseibly to conserve energy. Salah off because of his travel and his importance in the next games with the mane ban. We should've kept the score down more ideally to 3-4 but sometimes with all the circumstances and quality of the opposition this can happen. As a 1 off it's just a case of bad day at the office come again Wednesday. If it happens regularly against the big sides this season questions will be asked.

Team was poorly prepared today, they just didn't look ready for the game. Klopp signalled as much in his pre match press conference.
Not going to go overboard with this game, we just didn't play to our potential.

Don't like making scapegoats but Moreno was all at sea again today. What Klopp sees in him I will never ever know.

There's no excuse for the amount of time the ball was just hoofed up the pitch to nobody at all. We got beat by the better team fair enough. But I expected more fight, even with ten men.

Some of the reactions on here are ott in my opinion. we are all guilty of being too extreme in our reactions when we win and when we lose. We lost against a decent side who took their chances so fair play to city. Take it on the chin and move on. We can see the issues at the back and we can just hope that these get rectified and that we learn from our mistakes. It's not the end of the world it's just footy.

Ron Keague you make me laugh. You either don't watch the matches or you don't have a clue at all about the game. How can you single out Moreno, when he probably was our least bad player today? Laughable.

But you did . I am not defending Moreno but he was n't the worse player today . TAA had a very bad game defensively and cost us 2 goals . The whole back 4 were useless . if it was n't for a couple of super saves from the keeper it could've been 7 or 8.
Anyways bad game, bad result . let's put it behind us . important game mid week, at home . pretty optimistic the smiles will come back.

Dont agree at all on Moreno, if anything he was the only one of our defenders who WASN'T all over the place. Too easy and lazy to just keep criticising certain players for the sake of it. Bad result today, move on. If Lovren cudnt start the only difference i would have had to the starting line up would have been Gomez in for Trent. stronger defensively.

Moreno was poor today as was Klavan. They're not good enough! Positionally at sea and they both switch off. Thank god we have Lovren to come back. Oh hang on 😩.
