Completely agree, migs definitely got a touch on that ball first yes it was only slight but he did.

Felt the reffing was of a poorish quality (to put it diplomatically)

Migs did get a touch, but he kicked it against Vardy's shin and it was likely going to spill out fortuitously for Vardy had Migs not taken him down with the follow through. Most likely though, Taylor probably didn't see either touch and just saw Migs taking out Vardy.

What bothers me more is Migs went after it with absolutely no conviction at all. He could've slid in and cleared it away and his contact with Vardy wouldn't have mattered, or gone down and smothered it and not given Taylor a decision to make.

He did get a touch but it was very slight, it was definitely a penalty.
