Hello ed001, it's been a good 10 minutes since somebody has requested an article so I'd appreciate an article on Diego Maradona who I consider the greatest ever, and Alan Hansen as I never got to watch him unfortunately!

{Ed001's Note - Maradona was already in the list for Legends, but, surprisingly, you are the first to suggest the great Alan Hansen.}

{Ed025's Note - a certain ex scotland manager may not agree with you mate..

Finished as a player as soon as the back pass was outlawed.

{Ed001's Note - if you mean Hansen, that is nonsense. His career was finished when his knees gave out. He had played for about ten years on dodgy knees and retired due to them. The backpass rule was never an issue for him, he was good enough to cope with it, he was a class apart.}

Too right ed. Really feel we could do with his intelligence and composure today. But I'm not going to know the boys as they have two clean sheets in a row.

{Ed001's Note - it was worries over his knees that led to Fergie to leave him out in 86.}

Never heard that ed? Always thought it was mad not taking him.

{Ed001's Note - Fergie said it himself at the time. Dalglish told him it would be a mistake not to take him but Fergie was stubborn and had made his mind up.}
