Would anyone else take Tony Pulis for a short term assignment to work as a defensive coach and set piece defending coach for the first team, reserves and better younger players to try and improve defensive strategy throughout the clubs defenders?

{Ed002's Note - Zero chance.}

Lay off the ale.

Ok add but if the option was there would you take it up?

{Ed002's Note - I don’t really understand the question. Klopp has made it clear that he doesn’t want defensive help, regardless of his failings in the market and coaching the defence. Pills certainly would not be the answer.}

Pulis would ruin our attack. We play out from the back, commit wing backs high up the pitch, play a high line, and have 3 midfielders all expected to press.

Pulis would demand we hoof it out, play sitting full backs, sit deep and have 2 dedicated midfield destroyers.

His teams are good defensively because of tactics. He sacrifices all attacking threat to keep it tight. He isn't any better at coaching defenders than anyone else. He just sets up his teams to protect them better. We need somebody to coach the mistakes out of them, not change the system to make us boring.
