On the positive side Gomez looks like he could be top class. Just wish Klopp would play him in the centre now with TAA on the right. With a quality CB acquisition in Jan suddenly our defence could actually look ok if he did this.
Klavan is very average and just can't keep up with the movement of a quality forward. I hate to say it but need to take a leaf out of Fergie and if the kids are good enough play them.

It’s lack of experience why he doesn’t have both in. They are both learning and I think by the beginning of next they will both be starters.

Age or experience then?

If you don't play them they don't get experience. Surely they can't do any worse than the alternative and they would hopefully be given a little more latitude though one doubts it on this site.

They are playing but it’s one or the other so we don’t have less experience in back four.
