I see a lot of people wanting Roma in simis, don't underestimate them, they just knocked out Barcelona, they aren't to be fooled with, they deserve respect as do we. No team at this stage will be easy, no team in the Champions league is easy nevermind this stage.

I'm so hyped about been in the semis, it won't be easy but we'll give it all we've got, we've proved how passionate and capable we are. I think we'll win the CL I really do, if we don't then we don't but I think we've got enough quality to beat anybody.

I want to give a massive shout out to TAA, he to me is the important man over the two legs, he handled Sane time and time again, the kid has one hell of a bright future with us, they tried it again like they did the first leg, they tried to exploit him and failed.

The whole team turned up both legs and performed, I'm so proud of the lot of them but TAA been the age he is and the way he handed such an important game over two legs gets so much respect from me. Before the first leg everybody wrote him off and was worrying about Sane handling him, he made Sane look mediocre at best over the two legs.

I've seen people saying we had luck, first off that's football, how many times have other teams had 'luck' against us? it's just part of the game and in my opinion nothing to do with luck, 5-1 is not luck, it's a smashing, if it's luck let's go out and do it again I bet we could. We was the better team and showed the world who was capable and who wanted it more. We was the better team over the two legs and fully deserve to be where we are at.

I've said it time and time again how terrible Citys defence is and if they're attacked they'll crumble, they do everytime lol it's hilarious yet annoying at the same time, too many teams are afraid to attack them and it really winds me up, they've run away with the league because too many teams sit back against them, I think we and united have proven in one week, they aren't to be afraid of. They have one of the best attacks (not the best, ours is the best) and probably the best midfield in the premier league but what's letting them down is their defence, thankfully.

It's gobsmacking how bad it is, PG has spent all this money and has he done it wisely? no he hasn't not at all, they aren't to be feared one bit. They get attacked and they can't handle it, bully team, well they came unstuck with us and failed drastically 5-1, that's not luck it's class, it's who wanted it more and it's who was the better team.

People are so quick to write us off, all of the time, including our own fans. I hope people can now start to see the big picture, we ARE the real deal. Never mind been negative we have a fantastic team and a fantastic manager too, never mind thinking 'but there's Real Madrid kind of teams we could face' and? it's all about football, we can beat ANYBODY on our day, give us Real Madrid in the semis or any of the others who cares, we are Liverpool. We are capable. Enjoy the moment don't always look to the negatives, it's time to look to the positives.

I am shocked we got through to be honest I thought it would be near impossible to win the tie.
Onwards we go, for me I'd like real in the final if we were to get there.

I wouldn't say he hasn't spent money wisely, he has probably one of the best squads around, their defence is no worse than ours plus they have a better keeper. I agree teams are scared to attack them due to there ability to counter, isn't that the same as when teams play us. The games we've struggled with are the games teams don't attack us.
We are a very good team and it is bloody annoying when teams and pundits always seem to say we won as other teams weren't playing their best or we got lucky, but as long as teams keep righting us of and we keep smashing them that's fine by me.

{Ed001's Note - how is their keeper better? He has been at fault on a large number of the goals they have conceded recently? He may be good with his feet but he is not a top class keeper in any aspect of the game. He is just suited to their style of play.}

I agree on the keeper, in all honesty the guy is known for his feet than his hands.

I agree Ed, Karius is the better out of the two overall, the lad has really impressed me, he deserves to be where he is and I hope he will still be the #1 next season.

lifelongred mate I have to disagree, their defence is worse then ours, we've proved that over the past 3 meetings with them. Come next season of course, that could change if they buy quality but that's not easy to do these days in regards to defenders, we have the better back line then they do not just by a bit but by far. Their keeper and their defence is their weak link. We figured them out, not once, not twice but three times on the trot.

Bayern is weak imo. Yes they have won the league which is far from a surprise. They have a weak defense and wouldn’t withstand our press! Bayern or Roma would do it for me.

I wouldn't call them weak Harry but I do understand what you are saying. Their defence is just as bad as Citys and going on the last 2 legs against them we could do exactly the same to Bayern, I believe that is more then possible. Our front three vs their defence? bring them on.

Roma somewhat concern me, they are no push overs and can cause upset. If it was up to me I'd want Bayern in the semis but to be honest I'm not really that bothered, to be in the semis is way beyond what I expected so I'm happy either way but I do think we've got it, no matter who we play.

Ed001 I’m not saying Ederson is world class but he is absolutely an improvement.

He is better than Hart and Bravo, you can’t argue with that? Great with his feet and yes as you say decent with his hands.

I think he had a bit of a horror with the Salah goal yesterday though dropping the ball to Salah from Manes effort which nobody seems to be discussing. He also made a big error in the previous game.

He’s got errors in him for sure but he is still better than what they had.

{Ed001's Note - you are making a completely different argument and talking about something completely different. What on earth have Hart or Bravo got to do with anything? As for being better, Ederson is better suited to their play, not sure he has shown anything about his actual goalkeeping to suggest he is any better a keeper than either of those at their best. They are all dodgy keepers.}
