Is there any truth to us signing 16 year old striker Bobby Duncan, from Manchester City in the summer when he turns 17?

If so has anybody seen him play? any good? I have never heard of him.

If the lad has potential, is available and we're allowed by the authorities to sign him, we should do it if he fits what we need, might save us a fortune in the long run.

He's rated as very talented and expected to go far in his playing career.
