With Fekir touted as phils replacement, i pose the question, is he better than phillipe or a poor mans version? Mk and harry i know have strong views on him.

Hard to say as I don't think they are like for like, fekir is a false 9 type player if I'm not mistaken, hence all the goals this year.

PC was a great player for lfc, maybe it's just me but I felt at times in big games, he went missing . If fekir does come in, I hope he improves the team, scores, assists, and helps to unlock the teams that defend in numbers and is a game changer with a great pass or a goal in the big games .

Phil was one of a kind! No wonder he settled in so well at Barca! He is such a sweet heart on the pitch. His vision is beyond words.
Fekir is a phenomenal player. A cross breeed of AOC And Phil. He could dribble, drop into the middle, glide past players and has all the shots in his locker.
He is the best we could buy to replace Phil.
Don’t worry, Fekir will be bigger hit than Salah. He will take KDB to the throat in that role!

I don't think there are any similarities between fekir and pc. Both attacking mids I guess. Pc has the much better feet.

Boofs Brother, what? Went missing in big games? Did you see him and Firmino against City for the last 3 years? Or how about when Phil dominated Chelsea at Stamford bridge all by himself?
Coutinho had the occasional cold patch yes, but to say he went missing in big games.

PC struggle physically. Fekir is a tank that can control the ball like a guitar. Attacking mids are outdated and old fashioned. Both plays different roles anyways.

Sorry but what does 'attacking mids are outdated and old fashioned' mean, exactly? I'm not (that) old and I may be old fashioned, but is Fekir not exactly what an attacking midfielder is? Was Gerrard not an attacking mid in his pomp? Someone to link the play between the midfield and forwards who scores and creates goals? Sometimes you have to realise that renaming something does not turn it into something different just because you have run out of ways to describe it in it's current guise.
