Shaqiri is a one trick pony with a lazy attitude. I am struggling to understand what a " cover " means for some people! It doesn't mean he would only play the additional 5 mts of every match. It also means when one of the three gets injured or has a dip in form we will have to rely up on this " cover " who should be good not equally upto the front three.
Shaqiri doesn't tick any boxes to me. There are far better wingers outside and I am surprised we are looking at him. I hope we avoid him and buy someone else.

I am sorry but he is not good enough and that state remains as long as he is a player. He was dumped from 4 clubs already in his career. It doesn't change overnight. I can’t lie but I see nothing in him to change my opinion. I would rather keep the money and promote HARRY WILSON.

Om excited by the idea. The guy has massive talent and surrounded by good players I think the guy could be a super star.

Klopp will have him working hard, losing weight. And as usual, take a decent player and turn him into a world beater.

I think we would see a different shaquri at Liverpool. A fitter, more pumped up and dedicated shaquri.

I've always trusted klopp recruitment and they rarely get it wrong.

I'm gunna try and argue a case for him, even though I don't fully believe in it myself and we probably won't sign him anyway.

At Stoke he was pretty much the star man, he was selfish, lazy and thought he was better than everyone else.

At Liverpool he will know he is not starting 11 material to start with and he will need to work to get in the team. This could trigger a change in attitude and on his good days he can be pretty good. If Klopp can get that out of him then he could be a very shrewd signing and a decent option at the rumoured price.

I had similar thoughts about Balotelli and Benteke as well though in regards to change of Attidude.
