I liked when Henderson literally barked at Young, Walker and Stones for taking the mickey near the end when they were rolling the ball around with their studs and walking around. Don't know whether Hendo was telling them to score more goals to improve goal difference or to stop humiliating the opposition but whatever it was it was good to see. England were lucky to have opposition who literally laid down and offered themselves for a tickle so they shouldn't get all cocky and take the piss.

I remember watching at one stage while Henderson was barking orders at 3 or 4 of his teammates while Kane stood a couple of feet away and kept his mouth closed.
Stone is right, Kane might wear the armband but Henderson is pulling the strings.
And Ken either just doesn't like Henderson or just doesn't have a clue.

Kane is our flashy player, our super star but Hendo is the better leader I think. Doesn't matter who has the arm band though. It's not like it changes hendo's attitude. Hendo is quite a super star himself though, ucl finalist.

As a neutral, I think taking the armband off Henderson has taken the pressure off of him and ramped up Kane in the process. Southgate made a hard choice, but the right one to progress. I love Hendo mind you.
