Realtofel, you must be confusing the Brazilian Ronaldo with the other one CR7 or some other guy. The Brazilian Ronaldo at 19 (Mbappe's current age) was already a WC winner, leading scorer in Brazil, Holand with PSV and had just signed for Barcelona at 20 in 1996 for a world record fee at the time (19m) . Sorry, Mbappe has great potential no doubt BUT the Brazilian Ronaldo he IS NOT. Can he be as good as O Phenomeno? We shall see BUT remember, Ronaldo was already good enough for a Brazilian team with legends like Romario and Bebeto ahead of him (no shame in that) at 17. Not sure Mbappe would have made that team currently.

Come on Jimmy did you not watch him. He was the best player on the park and there were some fine players there.

I'll agree with you BRover that he isn't Ronaldo at 19. But his development in the past 2 seasons has been unbelievable. How many 19 year olds since Ronaldo have we seen on this level? Not Messi/ CR7. If Mbappe is disciplined, he can be another Ronaldo.
