Apparently it's an upfront payment and the rest on appearance based. Which makes me settle a little bit.

Still a little silly to be that worried you want to only pay if he plays but hey hopefully we get lucky like van nistlerooy and not like ings or the ox.

Kloppsboss, not your money. money should not even be discussed here as you cannot go on what is being reported. The only way we will know how the transfer fee is paid is when the club accounts get released.

Why on earth are people so fixated on the money? The club is signing quality players. We should be more worried about what players are earning in the case of Mignolet who will probably not find a suitor as he is earning too much.

Please please please, this site would be so much better without talking about transfer fees as the only real proof is in the club accounts. Get it?

What changed mate? I'm not having a dig I promise lol but you have been so against signing Fekir all this time?

Agreed max, the money side of things are so irrelevant, us as fans have no idea about what's paid here there and everywhere, it's best to not think about the money side of things, if it was my money I'd be talking about it but it's not so let them get on with it.

Salah, because we've negotiated apparently an upfront payment and the rest on installements for appearances. Which means we did the best we could with the medical information that they have. I also assumed it would be him or Alison. Never dreamt of both. Lastly he's quality which I have never questioned, so best get on with it and hope for the best.

As for Vida. He just made a world cup final. You do not fluke that. Like at all. Over every game you play on that path. Every single player will get tested. Vida was against us with sterling and he simply pocketed him. he works well with Lovren and is better than Matip and klavan.

Vida personally I'd be against signing, I just don't think he'd be good enough for our level. The biggest problem for me in regards to CB's is the lack of quality ones, football just doesn't have that many great defenders these days, it's one of them. Each to their own though of course.
