Interesting Window.

Liverpool did the best of the top 6 IMO, with 4 quality incoming players addressing very specific needs in the side.

Can't believe Tottenham and Man Utd, I would have guessed Tottenham try strengthen their bench and Mourinho resolve a few problem areas but happy they didn't.

City didn't need anyone but did well to bring in Mahrez as Sterling still struggles in front of goal. Still most likely winners.

Arsenal I'm not too sure about, decent players and made sensible moves to fix problems but not stellar. Think they have more rebuilding to do at the back and through their midfield but their attack looks great so who knows?

Chelsea came from nowhere to have a good window. Courtois was always going to go so although perhaps a late panic, Kepa was a key move. I really think they did well strengthening in midfield with quality signings Jorginho and Kovacic. Still think their main weakness is striker with Morata a big question mark. Did well though in the end.

Notable also how many fantastic signings some others achieved.

Wolves looked inspired with Patricio, Traore, Dendoncker, Moutinho.

Fulham also did brilliantly with Schurrle, Mawson, Mitrovic, Seri and Vietto.

I think those two clubs are going to be hard to beat if they can gel all they new players together quickly enough!

Everton got in 6 quality signings, think they'll be much more competitive this year.

Think this is going to be one of the most interesting seasons ever!

I’m not entirely convinced by Chelsea’s window to be honest, is Kepa on Courtois level right now? I’m not sure he is, and I have a feeling Jorginho might find the physicality of Premier League a bit of a struggle at first.

I suspect they may struggle but more because they have a new manager and need to adapt to an entirely new system of play rather than because of their players. They still have Kante, Drinkwater, Fabregas, and others in midfield with plenty of experience to help keep things ticking over as he adapts.

I think their second half of the season might be better than the first.

I am not worried by Chelsea 1 bit. Sorry but kepa is not on the same level as Courtios so they have weakened there. Jorginho will do well but only until he gets knocked around abit then I think he'll fade away morata is not good enough to win you a league title. Arsenal will do ok but still have a soft underbelly to the side. Spurs rely on Kane being on form for 38 games. Man United will always be up there especially with Jose boring he may be but still a very good manager. Liverpool rely on lovren not having an off day as I think he is the weakest of our best 11 not that he is weak but he is capable of an error. City wish they wasn't but they are a class apart and rightly favourite for the league.

Realistically we can’t judge who had the best window until the players actually play some meaningful games for all teams. I’m sure there will be some so called big name signings struggling and others taking this season by storm. One thing for sure though I can’t wait for it to kick off. going to be a fantastic season in my opinion.

{Ed025's Note - i agree JK..

I’m glad that Chelsea went and broke the transfer record for a goalkeeper as it takes some the pressure off of Alisson. But all in all we’ve had a great window.

COD you say we rely on Lovren to not have a bad day but what about City with Stones and Otamendi? It’s unlikely Kompany will play all season and I’d take VVD and Lovren over Stones and Otamendi any day of the week.
I just hope teams exploit them this season instead of just accepting defeat against City.

{Ed025's Note - i dont think teams just roll over bobby, they cant do much when city are on the front foot as they have an excellent midfield and attack mate..

Akrubbish not sure if it’s a shame mate. When you see how Warnock has Cardiff set up to play I think it will be for the good of the league for them to have only a short stay.

Chelsea didn't get top 4 with courtouis, we got to champions league final with karius. That's the difference.

They still haven't replaced matic and costa. There 2 best players for me.

How do you sell those 2 after winning the title, who dismantled a title winning side 😂

So basically it's jorginho and kovacic. They will be good because of sarri but there no stronger imo.

And still have the same players that have decided not to play and get rid of 2 title winning manager's. Hazard just needs to get into a huff because how hard sarri wants him to work and go to Roman and say I'll stay if he goes.

THEY do it all the time. Jose and ant have found that out.

I think everyone is underestimating Chelsea I expect they will do very well this season, I have them down for 3rd just behind us and city.
