Lovren and VVD in case you didn't already know.

Appreciate that it's unlikely that either will make the final list but a nice change to see our defence getting some praise after all these years!

I'm not so sure about VVD not making it. I wouldn't be surprised if he did. Not won anything since he joined LFC, but he's not made missteps or huge mistakes either.

Ramos and Varane most likely to get the nod . And Lovern will have a good shout, he is a world cup finalist and stand out performer in that tournament . VVD very unlikely . Our opinion (LFC supporters) is very different to those so called experts making these decisions.
