I think we can very easily win next five games

Soto home- should be routine. they won't have Ings so i think that hurts them too.

Chelsea home- EFL cup but since its home we should win. Tough game this though i don't see any team resting players. both would want to win. we need all trophies this season. the big ones and the small ones

Chelsea away - tricky game this one. But this will probably be in our favour, If we win the EFL game, i expect Sarri to attack us and that should help us a lot. If Chelsea play like Chelsea it can be Chelsea wining. Also third straight game in week and Chelsea lack a bench.

Napoli away- Napoli are weird they won against lazio fiorentina and ac milan and were dreadful against sampdoria! they are also leaking goals which is good for us. I see three points at the naples and I think we will get them. might be a very close game though.

Mancity home- I for one like that Pep won't sit back against us. This has been the best EPL fixture since 2012- Liverpool vs mancity . But first time Liverpool are no more the underdogs in this match. This should be a spectacle and i think LFC attack will be superior to city's and hence the three points.

That would make it 11 out of 11 I thinks that is a world record.

and then we have some easy games in october so we could extend that winning run. I am excited, this season so different.

I think Man City won 14 games on the bounce last season.

Great post that mate, I 100% agree. Napoli away concerns me somewhat but I'm still confident we'll do them and the rest.

Mystic meg post can stand them sorry!
Every time one goes up it comes back to haunt us so one game at a time plz!

One game at a time boys. Saints could be difficult if we overlook them in any way.

I'm not worried about Napoli purely because I don't think it will matter. I don't see them getting points from Anfield, and I very much doubt that Red Star Belgrade can cost us any points. That means that as long as we equal their result against PSG (and I suspect we may have already bettered it) losing away to Napoli won't factor into anything except finishing first or second - which is hardly a guarentee of good things these days. Not that I don't want us to secure everything early and win every game, let some players rest and rotate in dead rubbers if nothing else, but it won't worry me if we draw or even lose in Italy.

Every game is winnable and we have shown we can beat any team on our day. However each game should be treated as a Cup final and I am looking no further than Southampton.

One game at a time, asses the result, then move on to the next one.

“Soto home- should be routine“

JINX! There’s no such thing as a “routine” game in the premier league and our recent history against Southampton is nothing to write home against.

For EFL, I expect Sturridge, Shaqiri, Fabinho, Matip, Moreno, Clyne to start. If Lallana is fit, he might get a chance. With games coming thick and thin and most importantly all are vital (6 pointer games), IMO we need to rest some of our starting 11. They will be burn out before City.

Once people start taking it for granted that we'll win games the wheels fall off. Let's see the abuse levels when we do finally draw or lose a game.

All are winnable, but at best I would guess the likelihood of any one win comes in at maybe 60% on average. That would make winning them extremely unlikely as if my memory of basic stats serves me right it would only be about 10% chance of coming in with 5 out of 5.

Of course there are plenty that would tear my arbitrary choice of 60% apart, but the point is, the likelihood of one win is not the same as winning all of them. Let’s take it one game at a time.

I'm certainly very excited about the City game in particular, as it will be my first time visiting Anfield since supporting them as a kid in the late 80s. Been planning this trip to UK for many years, and I'm very fortunate it's coincided with a time when our team is looking so strong. Really really looking forward to it. :)

i call it belief. In a long time can a liverpool fan say all these 5 games are winnable. Any other season we'd be looking to win 3 draw 1 and lose 1 as best case and be happy. Not this season. All these games are perfectly winnable and we should believe in the team and push them towards it, be positive be it this forum or any, anfield or any. This team is special and we need to finally stop doubting and start expecting.

Of course they are winnable games but there’s no such thing as a “routine” win in the premier league. It will be hard work, lots of preparation and training.

We will have to match them for preparation, attitude, professionalism and if we do that we are favourites.

Every game is winnable. We have a team capable of beating them all in our group. Paris away is going to be a big atmosphere as will napoli.

We can't underestimate anyone though. I know the players won't but we fans are sometimes guilty of it.
