Certainly not mate, can't stand them if I'm honest, they bore me half to death, England that is.

Only when Brazil is playing.

Hate them. Pointless they are. They should just have a 4 week period at the end of the year were they just get it out the way for all international football.

The nation tournament has slightly improved it I’ll admit. However, with it going on sly and taking it away from most; its gone two steps backwards. My gramp is not a happy man.

Love watching Northern Ireland.

I totally agree with you there Benny. There are people out there who fought 2 world wars yet they can’t watch the national team play because of the cost of sly is ridiculous, it’s disgraceful.

{Ed002's Note - There is no one out there who fought in two World Wars. You are being rather over dramatic.}

There are elderly pensioners who can’t afford to watch the national team play football on sly, maybe world one, 1914 to 1918 was going back a bit to far admittedly, but I’m sure you get my point.

{Ed002's Note - It was simply drama just for the sake of it - and why blame the service provider? Do you think Liverpool would drop out of their deal with the service provider if they could - it would lose them well over £100M a year?}

I grew up loving inter'l football matches (qualifiers/ friendlies) when at that time (25 years ago) the players actually cared about playing for their national teams friendlies or not, so I still watch them when I have a chance. In fact, just watched the final half hour of the Holland v Germany game where Germany got slaughtered 3-0 and VVD and Wijnaldum were brilliant. Even Ryan Babel got to play (I know, right? ) .

Do a lot voluntary work for Help the Aged Ed?

{Ed002's Note - I am aged. You should be helping me.}

I know some free streams you can watch national football on if you are struggling with the winter gas bills. I can always come and give you warm blanket and a cuddle.

Not the way Ireland are playing at the moment pure muck.

Seems like a bit of a waste of time right after a World Cup doesn’t it.

Jaysus that Ireland game was hard to watch. I don't know why I put myself through it.

Let’s be honest, is any Ireland game really worth watching?

I genuinely didn’t even realise England played on Friday. Don’t care in the slightest.

I don't mind them. I think it's wrong that they're on pay per view. It's international football, it's not supposed to be about money.

They don't have anywhere near the intensity that Liverpool games have for me. I'd take the prem over the world Cup. That probably sounds crazy and selfish but it's true.

However, I love football, it IS the beautiful game and I can get enjoyment watching any game, even non league. I can even enjoy a sound defensive performance. Or a calamitous one. I always want the home nations to win, including Ireland of course.

LOL. Damn. Why do so many people have a problem with me liking to watch Brazil play? 😝.
