I rememeber (showing my age now I think lol) the speculation for ages linking us with Peter Ndlovu, Les Ferdinand and Stan Collymore
tbh I wanted Peter to sign badly especially after his Hat trick against us at Anfield but we ended up going for Stan in the end.
Who would you have signed out of the three?

Ferdinand without a doubt. He was quick, strong, good in the air, could shoot with both feet. He had everything u would want in a striker.

Kevin Gallen, another linked with Liverpool on numerous occasions. Frightening potential, sadly, largely unfulfilled.

{Ed001's Note - I worked with his cousin Paul for a while, and Kevin was never that good potentially. Nowhere near top class and never had the ability to be that.}

Oh nice, Potential was perhaps overplayed in the media at the time, he was touted as the next big thing. I was not privy to know anyone with close links to this particular player, so the feedback is Interesting. Thanks Ed 👍.
