I understand Liverpool needs a 2 clear goal win tomorrow, but what I can't figure out is why are they fine with 1-0 win? Can someone explain for me, sorry If I am being dumb.

Because they beat us 1-0 at their place, so we have to equal or better the result. So win 1-0, but if they score, with the away goal rule, we will have to beat them by 2 clear goals.

A 1-0 win will see us go through for those that are confused. Otherwise we have to win by 2 goals if Napoli score. If we win 1-0 we will be tied on points. Next comes goal difference head to head. Next comes goals scored head to head. Next comes away goals head to head. Next would be goal difference in all group matches (we are ahead here, and assuming we win 1-0, everything prior is a tie) .

Thats the thing I don't understand, if we win 1-0 we equal their result. So why are we going to be infront of them in the table then? When not only that but a 1-0 win will mean a +2 goal diff for both of the teams.
Did we score more goals?

If we win 1-0, we go through via GD overall in the group as all the other tie-breakers prior to this one, shows a tie. If they score, we have to win by 2 goals to go through on head to head cos they only scored one against us, hence canceling out their away goal should they score one at Anfield. Pretty simple, really.
