I see sarri going down mourinho road and criticise his players in public, and we know how that turned ou, he needs to be careful as there top 4 is looking in trouble.

Sarri has made a huge gamble and dare I say, mistake with his public outburst, dissing the players and frankly, calling them weak and soft mentally. Let's be clear here. Calling a player weak and soft, is the worst thing you could ever call a player esp. when you do it in public. This is a huge mistake IMO, cos he is doing it at the wrong club. Managers at Chelsea are always the one to go when things go south whereas the players always remain. Mou (twice), Scolari, AVB have all bitten the dust and Sarri may be next.

Now in fairness to Sarri, his outburst did not jut come in a vacuum, IMO. He has seen what we all have been seeing with Chelsea for the past couple of months. They lack belief, motivation, and grit when they get challenged. Also, Sarri has made his own mistakes as well tactically cos he is a "my way or the highway" type coach where he forces his ideas on his players. I mean, every man and his dog knows Jorginho is crap and Kante is playing out of position to well, accommodate the crap player Jorginho. The players aren't buying into this and many other things and IMO, this will only end in tears.
